Your business offers what I call the personal approach which I’ve not seen, or is not possible in large car dealers. As I used to say to my sales team, “we are in the repeat order business” – i.e. we want our customers to come back.
The way you’ve handled issues with my car(s) over the last 5-7 years, the repairs, service, sales requirements and car searching in the market when necessary has been a good example of all this. You run the business and do things that lead to your customers coming back – certainly in my case.
To you and the rest of the team, you have a set up in your business which is a great example of how it should all be done, which I admire.
