Good independent Mercedes-Benz garage. Use genuine parts, so no effect on the warranty and a very professional and friendly team.
They have a reception area with free WiFi so you can work there if you need to (which given it’s location is a boon) and /or they have a loan car scheme, so you are not stuck there.
I prefer Tim Purslow over my local dealership, even given it’s non central location and additional drive, mostly because I don’t trust my local dealership.
When you are driving there you have to keep an eye out for the gate in, but once you look properly it’s clearly marked.
Been there for my last 2 services and will continue to do so.
