We would like to thank Rory for the excellent customer care that he showed us on our buying journey when we bought our 2019 W213 Cabriolet just before Easter 2024.
He took the trouble to give my wife and I detailed explanations of the functions and features of the car, answering all of our questions and never putting any pressure on us to make a decision. The car was a beautiful example, which was exceptionally well presented, even including a new full set of quality tyres.
We needed our private number plate to be transferred and Rory organised that, with the plates being included in the price. Nothing was too much trouble.
We live locally to Tim Purslow Ltd, so will use their service facilities when the time comes. In short, would we recommend Tim Purslow Ltd. and Rory in particular. Definitely and without hesitation!
