Excellent customer service (Leon), top quality work and very professional.
My E-Class Mercedes engine management warning light came on so I went to Tim Purslow Ltd for them to check the cause. They changed a sensor and claimed the cost back directly from the warranty company.
Absolutely mind blowing service. Leon explained to me very clearly the cause and the process involved and at short notice was able to provide me with a courtesy car at no cost. When all the work was done, he called me and my car was handed back washed and cleaned. Very professional.
